Order Information

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, order cancellations are difficult to facilitate even if your order hasn't been shipped yet. This is because your order's invoice is sent to our warehouses immediately after your order is placed.

With that said, we are eager to help you in every way we can! Please submit a request at our Contact Us page and we’ll respond within 24-48 hours.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately we’re not able to make adjustments to the products, sizes, colors, or quantity once an order has been placed.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation email?

We're sorry to hear you didn't receive a confirmation email for your order!

On occasion, your confirmation email can end up in your spam/junk folder in your inbox.

Please check in those locations and if you're still not able to find your email, please contact support@popp.asia and we'll be happy to assist you further!

Why is an item missing from the order I received?

We're sorry to hear that you didn't receive your full order!

There can sometimes be an inventory discrepancy that causes orders to short-ship. We do our best to reach out to customers to inform them of this as soon as we're aware.Please submit a request at our Contact Us page with your order number and we’ll respond within 24-48 hours. Any missing items must be brought to our attention within 30 days of receiving the order.

Why isn't my discount code working?

If your discount code isn't working, please double check that it hasn't expired and meets all of the conditions of the code! If you have any questions, please email support@popp.asia and we'd be happy to look into it for you!

Sizing guide

What size should I order for my kids?

Our product fits "true to size" meaning that if you typically wear a size medium in other brands, you would likely enjoy the fit of a size medium in popp as well.

We would highly recommend checking out the sizing chart so you can measure yourself and figure out what size will fit best.

Where are your sizing charts?

The size charts can be found by scrolling to the bottom of the product page or clicking the "View Size Chart" above the add to cart button.

Additional information about each item will be in the description, including the height and measurements of the model in the picture.

Will you be adding kids sizes below 6 ?

As our collection is relatively new, we are working to perfect our current collection in the sizes we currently offer.

However, we hope to expand our collection in the future so keep an eye out!

Product knowledge

How do I leave a product review?

To write a review for one of our products, simply visit that product's page on our website, scroll down to the Reviews and Questions section and click the "Write a Review" button.

You can even add photos of your children wearing our POPP products, and earn rewards for writing reviews!

We'd love to hear your feedback!

Can you tell me if or when a specific product will be restocked?

We're not always able to say with certainty if or when an item will be restocked, but you can sign up for a restock notification via email in case it is!

To do this, search the product you're interested in, and once you're on the product page click the link that reads "Can't find your size or colour? Click here" (this is found below the blue "add to cart" button).

Then simply select your desired colour and size, enter your email address, and click the blue button (that reads "email me when available").

If the item is totally sold out in every colour and size, there should be an option that says "email me when available" Just click that and enter your email address to sign up!

Where are the care instructions for my product?

Care instructions can be found on the wash tag on the product and under the "Details" tab on the product's page on our website.

If you're not able to find the care instructions, please email our Customer Care team at support@popp.asia and we'll be happy to provide you with the correct information.

How do I get rid of creasing on my garment?

If your item arrives creased, the creasing should disappear after the first wash.

Alternatively, we recommend tumble drying on low or steaming the item to remove any remaining creasing! For additional information on how to care for your Popp products, please refer to our Care page.

My item shrunk!

All of our items are pre-shrunk; however, since our items are from natural fabric, we highly recommend that you wash all your clothing (not just popp items) inside out in cold water and then hang to dry. This will not only reduce the chances of shrinking, but it is also environmentally friendly and will help to increase the longevity of your items!

My item is damaged, how can you help me?

We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Our Customer Care team would be happy to assist you with a solution within 10 days of purchase. The item must be unworn, with the hang tags attached.

Gift

How can I buy a gift card?

Our E-gift codes can be purchased through our website here - click here.

Please note, these codes are sent electronically via email and no physical code/card will be mailed to you.

Do you offer gift receipts and gift wrapping/notes?

Thank you for thinking of Popp for your gift shopping!

Yes, simply add “gift box” to you cart when you check out. We will wrap them nicely, and will put gift receipts inside.

Shipping

When will i get my order ?

Our estimated shipping and delivery timeframes are below:

Standard shipping - ship within 1 business day, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 5-7 business days

Express shipping - ship within 1 business day, and once shipped it will be delivered within approximately 1-3 business days

During busy periods like the holidays, there may be additional delays due to the high volume of orders.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost.

Can I change the shipping method on my order?

We are unable to make adjustments to the shipping method after an order has been placed. We apologize!

Please select your preferred shipping method at checkout before processing payment.

Exchange

Exchange Policy

We will accept the exchange of unworn, unwashed items made within 10 days of the purchase date.

Conditions apply:

1. Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. An idr 25.000 exchange label fee will apply to all returns.

3. Exchanges for a different size in the same style are free (as long as the product is in stock).

4. If your item is damaged, please email cs@poppworldwide.com

5. For the item that is sold out, we are unable to offer exchanges for a size that is sold out because we do not guarantee that every product will be restocked.
